A gentle beginning for parents who want to understand their body before trying to guide their child’s.
In this first lesson, we slow everything down. Before talking about your child’s behavior, we start with you — your breath, your overwhelm patterns, your survival states, and the rhythms of your nervous system. This foundation becomes the anchor for every tool that follows in the course.
You’ll learn what regulation actually means, why you dysregulate so easily, how fight/flight/freeze/fawn show up in everyday parenting moments, and how to notice the earliest cues that you're leaving your Window of Tolerance. Together, we practice returning gently — not perfectly — back into your body.
This lesson is soft, honest, and deeply grounding. It gives you the language, the awareness, and the permission to be human.
