I’m a preschool director and early childhood educator with a degree in education, trained in Nurturing Parenting, and a long-time student of meditation and breathwork. I support parents and caregivers in building nervous system regulation, deeper connection, and gentler rhythms in daily family life.
My work is rooted in presence rather than performance, and in the belief that meaningful change happens slowly, through relationship. I work with families to build internal capacity — so parents can show up more steadily, repair more easily, and trust themselves more deeply.
The Stillpoint was created as a place to land. A space for parents to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and remember the wisdom they already hold — without pressure, fixing, or striving.
