Together, we build internal capacity so you have more space between stimulus and response, more trust in yourself, and more ability to repair when things feel hard. This work lives in everyday parenting moments — transitions, conflict, overwhelm, and repair — where regulation matters most.
Breathwork, meditation, and embodied practices are woven in as supportive tools, always guided by your nervous system and capacity.

Is this therapy?
No. This is not therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. It is relational, nervous-system-informed support for parents. If therapeutic care is needed, I will help you find appropriate support.
How often do we meet?
Sessions meet biweekly by default over 12 weeks. This pacing allows time for integration and real-life practice. If additional support is needed, we discuss that together.
Is this parenting coaching?
This work supports parenting, but it is not strategy-based coaching. We focus on building internal capacity so change can happen naturally in relationship.
Does my child attend sessions?
The work begins with you. Optional child or family sessions may be included when appropriate, but your child does not need to attend for this work to be effective.
Do i need experience with breathwork or meditation?
No. Practices are offered gently and only when they support your nervous system. There are no requirements or expectations.
What is the circle app used for?
The Circle app offers optional, light support between sessions — shared resources, reflections, and a place to stay connected to the work as it integrates into daily life.
Is this a quick fix?
No. This work honors that real change happens slowly, relationally, and over time.
